What information is collected

Through this website, the following information may be collected:

  • Contact form — your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. Because the form invites you to describe your pain or physical limitations, your message may contain health-related information, which is treated as sensitive and handled with additional care.
  • Booking (Calendly) — if you book a discovery call, the details you enter into the booking calendar are processed by Calendly.
  • Technical data — standard information such as browser type and pages visited may be processed by the services listed below.

Analytics and marketing tools currently in use: [TO CONFIRM — no analytics or advertising pixels are installed at present. If Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar are added, this policy must be updated]

Email marketing or newsletter: [TO CONFIRM — none at present]

Your information is never sold, and it is not used for purposes unrelated to the ones described above without your consent.

Consent

By sending a message through the contact form or booking a call, you consent to your information being used for the purposes described above. Because health-related details are sensitive, providing them is always your choice — you can simply describe your goal in general terms instead.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal and professional record-keeping requirements.

Cookies

The site uses only what is necessary to function, plus optional content from Calendly and Google Maps that may set their own cookies. When you first visit, you are asked to accept or reject the optional content. Your choice is stored on your device for 180 days, and you can change it at any time using the cookie preferences button at the bottom-left of every page.

If you reject the optional content, Calendly and Google Maps are not loaded at all.
